Q2 2026
Earth is a blue planet, and human beings have been at sea for far longer than we’ve been practicing agriculture or building cities. Seafaring civilization is civilization. The wine-dark sea enchanted the Greeks, and the rest is history.
Today, technology is transforming what’s possible in the water. So in Arena 008: At Sea, we, of course, go to sea.
The ocean is an inexhaustible source of mystery, romance, risk, and opportunity, from the days of Magellan and Columbus to our own days. It still calls us to adventure. And at the end of our most daring adventures, when humans have actually left the Earth, the sea is there to welcome us home.
Issue 008 is best enjoyed near a body of water with a cold drink in hand.
